* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- debian/rules: Delete commented-out debhelper command calls.
- debian/watch: New file.
- debian/copyright: Clean up.
- debian/gltron.desktop: New file.
- Disable -Werror in debian/rules to fix an Ubuntu-only
FTBFS (fread is still marked as warn_unused_result).
- Update nebu/scripting/scripting.c to match the header.
