convert Debian packages for Emdebian Grip

 Supports on-the-fly conversion of regular Debian packages
 into 'gripped' packages that have no Debian documentation,
 manpages or infopages using DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.

 are not currently available from the Grip repository, for
