Shared libraries of the package snp-sites

 Snp-sites finds single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) sites from
 multi-fasta alignment input files (which might be compressed). Its
 output can be in various widely used formats (Multi Fasta Alignment,
 Vcf, phylip).
