graphical frontend for obexftp written in TCL/TK

 ObexTool is a graphical frontend to communicate with mobiles and other
 devices capable of communicating via Obex Protocol.
 It uses the obexftp command line tool to transfer data and has
 several plugins to decode files common to Siemens mobile phones and others.
