  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format, debhelper 8, no cdbs.
  * debian/control: Updated Homepage.  Closes: #673227.
  * debian/control: Fixed description-synopsis-starts-with-article.
  * debian/watch: Updated to match new homepage.
