+ Fix lintian warning debian-rules-missing-recommended-target
+ Finally switch to a minimal dh7 style debian/rules file
* Fix lintian warning copyright-refers-to-deprecated-bsd-license-file by
including full license text.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.4 (no further changes)
* Replace transitional package lynx with lynx-cur in "Depends".
