Change logs for xdais source package in Trusty

xdais (7.24.00.04-0ubuntu1) trusty; urgency=medium

  * Upload to the partner archive.
  * Update to Standards-Version 3.9.5.
  * Drop Vcs-{Git,Browser} fields that don't point to the source for the
    packaging.
  * Make xdais Architecture: all and install the contents of the source in
    /usr/src where expected, instead of relying on users to run 'apt-get
    source'.
  * Fix debian/copyright to comply with copyright-format 1.0.
  * Switch to source format 3.0 (quilt).
