nkf binary package in Ubuntu Trusty arm64

 Nkf is yet another kanji code converter among networks,
 hosts and terminals. It converts input kanji code to designated
 kanji code such as 7-bit JIS, MS-kanji (Shifted-JIS) or EUC.
