  * debian/patches/add_adbd.patch: drop privileges on shell connection to
    hardcoded "phablet" user, disallow root in shells
  * add udev rule to allow phablet group to connect to /dev/android_usb
  * adjust upstart job for adbd to handle the phablet user
  * make sure the upstart job only tries to mount a functionfs alias if there
    was an alias defined in /sys/class/android_usb/android0/f_ffs/aliases
  * ship our own functionfs header file as the one in linux-libc-dev comes
    from mainline and is incompatible with the ancient android kernels we use
  * add build dep for libcrypt-dev (since we check the password of the phablet
    user on shell connections)
