Change logs for lostirc source package in Warty

lostirc (0.3.3-1) unstable; urgency=low


  * New upstream release
  * New Maintainer (Closes: #247634)
  * Compile with -g -Wall -O2
  * Add support for noopt DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS
  * Remove article from short description
  * debian/control: Build-depend on autotools-dev and modify config.guess
    and config.sub to use the latest version of files.
  * add icon and longtitle to debian menu (build-depend on imagemagick
    to build xpm icon file)
  * lostirc.desktop: only install in /usr/share/applications
