  * Use a wrapper in the testsuite for ar to force it to not run in
    deterministic mode (Closes: #782750).

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Skip the work/misc/fopen-fail.mk as it is testing the underlying
    machine, not the built code from the package and is machine-dependent.
