debian/patches/move_documentation.diff to add a tag for version and date
in the manpage and move it to the expected location.

of the new upsteam release with the previous version 0.61 (to be reviewed)

by sshuttle's packaging script 'make_deb'

provided
* debian/control:
+ Update Homepage location

+ Update Standards-Version, no changes needed
* debian/watch: Update watch file with suggested changes from PTS and
updating the URL to the latest upstream
* debian/copyright: Adjust location of files based on the new upstream
