AR PL Mingti2L Big5 fonts for CJK

 This package installs all necessary fonts (PFB, AFM, TFM, etc.) to get
 the "AR PL Mingti2L Big5" font working with the LaTeX macro "CJK" in local and
 UTF-8 environments.
