  * QA upload.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
  * Bump watch file to version 4.
  * Change DH to 10.
  * debian/patches/change-makefile: add the .patch suffix and fix the header.
  * Move the Homepage field to source block.
  * New format to debian/copyright (1.0).
  * New format to debian/rules.
  * Remove the useless debian/dirs file.
