Comment 23 for bug 855428

I am getting this error, but was not a few weeks ago. i was getting a different error, but fixed it simply by setting my time zone correctly...apparently this one does not have a fix yet.

* what windows version you're running

   Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit with SP1
   (all windows updates completed)

* what windows locale you have

   English (Canada)

* your windows username

   Rick Johnson

* the full path to your user home, without changing any non-ascii character

   C:\Users\Rick Johnson
