Same issue here.

Was working on previous version. Updated this last week and everything seems to have changed.

Windows 7 X64

Tried Uninstall, deleted directories in Program Files and under C:users.....xdg where logs and everything is.

Re downloaded installer. ubuntuone-3.0.0-windows-installer.exe

After install long delay in checking.

AttributeError
"'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get_rootdir'"

Devices tab works.

Settings tab pops
AttributeError
"'NoneType' object has no attribute 'autoconnect_enabled'"

Account information tab works.
