Also on windows 7 x64 fully upgraded :

My ubuntu one was running fine until a few weeks ago, then suddently sync was not working anymore ( I don't remember if I did an update or somethings else because I didn't notice the problem right away). I was getting "NoneType object has no attribute get_rootdir "

I tried a full uninstall ( uninstall exe + deleted the program file, the appdata files (xdg) and the credentials ). Still not working and now the program gets stuck on start at the opening on " Getting information" window.
