Same problem here.
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
C:\Users\
Stopped working either with version 2.0.03 or version 3.0.0 (was working fine weeks ago).
Tried to uninstall and re-install several times, some of them running the installer with the "Run as administrator" option, and also running the application with the "Run as administrator" option (since it seems to fail to create the Ubuntu One folder after the installation. I also tried creating the folder manually. No success.
