First development release for others to begin testing.
Full working feed reader/parser.

-add/remove feed urls
-fully customizable HTML/JavaScript/CSS UI file to allow other to begin creating themes
-use universal folder/directory for saving caches images and SQLite DB file.
-Article viewer
