- I have changed the conf files as described in comment #12 - see the attached branch.
- Buildings that skip production now have blue percantage for their productivity.
- The discussion on how productivity shall be calculated has restarted/continued in bug 1316929.
Can this bug be closed, or are there other issues I overlooked?
