Release notes
1. Middle click in the browser window will now open link on a new tab.
2. Feed tree will now persist the expanded status of folders.
3. Tree lines were added to the feed tree.
4. Some preferences have been added.
4.1. Pref to turn on/off feed tree lines
4.2 Pref to turn on/off alternate lines in the feed tree in different colours
4.3 Pref to turn on off alternate lines in the item list in different colours
4.4 Pref to set font size of the feed tree
4.5 Pref to set font size of the item list
5. Will now aggregate feed items and history for a period of 7 days (A pref to configure this will be made available later).
6. Functionality to hide/show read items in the item list was added.
7. Interactive search of the feed tree and the item list were made smarter - The search will no search the entire title, rather that just for a title that starts with the search word.
8. Lots of other little things that I've forgotten about.
