1. Browser window will now open target="_blank" URLs on a new tab
2. Fixed bug where refresh/stop button was showing the wrong tooltip when page loading was stopped
3. Added pref to hide or show the summary pane.
4. Added Ctrl + plus to zoom the browser window in.
5. Added Ctrl + minus to zoom the browser window out.
6. Added Ctrl + 0 to set the browser window to normal zoom
