WOMBAT 0.3.0 "Alchemist"

WOMBAT 0.3.0 is the first step to make WOMBAT be more than just another fancy ViewSVN clone.

In order to do this, the following changes will be necessary:
* (Done) Rewrite the data model to fit the new design plan
* (In Progress) UI changes
* (Postponed) User authentication will be a 0.4.0 goal
The WOMBAT team is happy to announce the release of WOMBAT 0.3.0 featuring a shiny new database backend.
