This is basically version 1.2g (April 28, 2004), with some minor changes.

* Updated LICENSE wording for launchpad hosting

* WXML:
  -- Use simple XXX. format for the output of reals which are also
  integers.

* DOM:
  -- Add new function to search by tag in attributes

* SAX:

  -- Expand treatment of entities to PCDATA and attributes.
  -- Add begin_document and end_document handler support.
  -- New accessor by number to dictionary structure.
  -- New defaults for some lengths.
  -- Other minor cosmetic changes.
