Engine:
- Needs vala 0.16 to build.
- Optimization of subject interpretation.
- Set Pragma setting synchronous to NORMAL.
- Added a which sets up a bus in a fake X server (Xvfb) and launches
a Zeitgeist instance (without datahub or FTS) into it.
- Events are inserted in sequential order.
Autoconf:
- Don't check for Xapian if FTS++ is disabled.
- Print "SQL debugging" option.
