4-am.com is the company Evan Simpson owned / operated for before coming to
Digital Creations in 2000. He originally prototyped page templates before
that date, but was working for the company when those files were first
checked into the CVS repository (2001-03-23). The copyright was jointly
assigned under the terms of his employment agreement, and can thus be
fixed in place to correspond to repository policy.
