Mutter X11 Xrandr Fractional Scaling

PPA description

To enable this:

  gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['x11-randr-fractional-scaling']"

If you want to change scaling mode can be changed to lower quality mode with:

  gsettings set org.gnome.mutter.x11 fractional-scale-mode scale-up

Or be back with:

  gsettings set org.gnome.mutter.x11 fractional-scale-mode scale-ui-down
