GCC 5 with SEH and other stuff.

This PPA depends on ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test repository that contains GCC 5 compiler for Trusty. To add:
   sudo sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test

Make it before apt-get update and MinGW GCC 5 installation.

sudo apt update
