php-zmq package for Trusty based on Chris Lea's zeromq PPA here:
https://launchpad.net/~chris-lea/+archive/ubuntu/zeromq

You should be able to use the php5-zmq package below by adding Chris's PPA and this one, and then installing php5-zmq

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:alexharrington/php-zmq to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:alexharrington/php-zmq
sudo apt update
