This does not contain a Vulkan driver. See the AMDVLK GitHub release page for Vulkan packages:

Install instructions:
First install the pinfiles:
sudo apt install amdgpu-pin
To install only userspace (for secure boot or custom kernel, excludes new HW):
sudo apt install amdgpu-lib
To install only the dkms package (for newer HW support):
sudo apt install amdgpu-dkms
To install everything:
sudo apt install amdgpu
To upgrade, first upgrade the pin files, then run apt upgrade again.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:alexjnewt/amdgpu to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:alexjnewt/amdgpu
sudo apt update
