Qt 4.8.7 for /opt Precise

PPA description

i386 and amd64 packages for Precise Ubuntu release.

Each package contains one Qt module and installs under the /opt/qt-4.8 prefix.

Source /opt/qt-4.8/bin/qt-4.8-env.sh to set the correct environment.
