apt-transport-https with OpenSSL Support for Trusty
PPA description
Allows access to package debian package repos (such as https://packages.gitlab.com/runner/gitlab-runner/ubuntu/dists/trusty/main) which demand Elliptical Curve (EC) TLS ciphers. These ciphers are not supported by GNUtls but are supported by OpenSSL.
