Devirt ppa to be used exclusively for Ubuntu archive bootstrapping.
Current bootstrap in progress: armhf time_t transitions and stuff

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:canonical-foundations/archive-bootstrap to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:canonical-foundations/archive-bootstrap
sudo apt update
