PPA description

Used to contain Qt 5.2.0RC1 without the libqt5core5 package rename. Used only as a backup to make room on the other PPA:s for new builds.

Not needed anymore. libqt5core5 could be offered as a transitional package to enable similar testing of not doing all rebuilds.
