CrateDB stable packages for Ubuntu

As with version 2.1.0 crate packages are hosted on https://cdn.crate.io/downloads/deb/ See https://crate.io/docs/crate/guide/getting_started/install/local/linux.html on how to install newer versions.

As soon as CrateDB 2.1.x becomes stable this PPA will not receive any more updates!
