PPA description
This PPA is modified alternative for toolchain released at https://launchpad.net/gcc-arm-embedded.
Sourcecode is modified by http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12648 and made for Raring Ringtail aka 13.04.
Step1: Inside Ubuntu, open a terminal and input
"sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dsanda/ppa"
Step2: Continue to input
"sudo apt-get update"
Step3: Continue to input to install toolchain
"sudo apt-get install gcc-arm-none-eabi"
Steps for people, who got this link on purpose:)
Step4: Remove previous manual installation
"sudo rm /opt/gcc-arm-embedded -rf"
Step5: Remove path to the previous installation
"sudo rm /etc/profile.d/gcc-arm-embedded.sh"

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:dsanda/ppa to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dsanda/ppa
sudo apt update
