xubuntu-menu-manager
PPA description
Currently xubuntu-menu-manager doesn't work with the menu-files distributed with Xubuntu. This app installs a sample .menu-file to ~.config/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu, in case it does not exist. So if the app doesn't seem to function at all, try removing ~.config/xdg/menus/xfce-applications.menu and restarting the menu manager.
After installing, menu manager shows up in xfce4-settings-manager as "Menu Manager"
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:edii/xubuntu-menu-manager to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:edii/xubuntu-menu-manager
sudo apt update
