PPA description
OpenSC 0.17 plain unmodified backport from Debian Buster to current Ubuntu releases 16.04 and 17.04.

Important note: Serialized IDs may be changed in 0.17. So, for example in OpenVPN you may need to update your 'pkcs11-id' setting.

ePass2003 improvements for 14.04

(0.16 not updated with 0.17 version)
Support for the ePass2003 device is improved over 0.13. Especially speed improvement is huge. For example, OpenVPN connect time with opensc-pkcs11.so is reduced from 58 seconds to 4 seconds (excluding time of typing token passphrase).
