MinGW compilers and utilities
PPA description
A collection of MinGW packages which can be useful for cross-compiling packages into Windows from Ubuntu. Also contains the native Windows builds of the binutils and gcc, etc.
This PPA contains only the compilers, utilities and the like. Check out https://launchpad.net/~greg-hellings/+archive/mingw-libs/ for the set of libraries which are useful to use with these compilers and such.
I would like to acknowledge and thank the mingw64 project over at Open Build Service (https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=windows%3Amingw%3Awin64) who has these packages distributed in RPM form and upon whose shoulders I stood while doing this effort.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:greg-hellings/mingw to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:greg-hellings/mingw
sudo apt update
