how to install:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hnakamur/openresty-luajit
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hnakamur/libsxg
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hnakamur/nginx-quictls
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install luajit libluajit-5.1-2 libluajit-5.1-common nginx
