PPA description

since 1) folks at supervisord.org can't be bothered to provide packages and 2) the distro maintainers for supervisor are AWOL, this is an attempt to scratch my own itch

this contains the patch for issue 26 / PR 129 (use poll / kqueue instead of select, because the latter craps out when it reaches 1024 file descriptors)

don't count on the thing being kept up to date consistently, though.
