devtoolset-10 for Xenial

PPA description

An up-to-date toolchain backported from Hirsute to Xenial

The toolchain aims to build binaries that can work on a vanilla Xenial system (i.e. no libstdc++6 upgrade required)

Source package used:
- binutils 2.36.1-6ubuntu1 from Hirsute
- TODO gcc from Hirsute

This PPA uses https://launchpad.net/~mayeut-github/+archive/ubuntu/build-tools to build those packages.

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:mayeut-github/devtoolset-10 to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing) 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mayeut-github/devtoolset-10
sudo apt update
