Qt compiled with -graphicssystem raster instead of native / X11 → much faster
this repos has qt 4.7beta → needed if you use the kubuntu ppa

This repository won't be updated any longer, because since Qt version 4.7 you can globally set the graphicssystem to raster without recompiling Qt.
