Backports of openjdk-8 (or whatever version tickles QVEST ⮡ dıgıtal (formerly tarent)’s fancy) for various LTS
This repository, in general, caters to all LTS, but given that the distribution package
https:/
always contain all builds of all versions for all LTS releases, as that’d be redundant, if
the distribution package is equivalent or better anyway.
precise: amd64, i386 only
all others: amd64 only
Builds for Debian wheezy, jessie, stretch, buster, bullseye, bookworm (all amd64 and i386) exist
in the lts component of my personal http://
As of 2021Q2, Launchpad does not permit new builds targetting precise, so we cannot
update the old binaries. They are nevertheless kept here in case someone needs them.
2024Q2: t64-capable noble/armhf binaries are also included for now.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:mirabilos/jdk to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
