samba-glusterfs-3.7

Samba VFS modules with GlusterFS 3.7 VFS module.

Nothing in the source changed except "glusterfs-common" and "libacl-dev" as build dependencies in the debian control file, which is enough to build with libgfapi support.

Configuration:

1.) Add /etc/apt/preferences.d/samba:
Package: samba*
Pin: release o=LP-PPA-monotek-samba-glusterfs-3.7
Pin-Priority: 1000

2.) In /etc/glusterfs/glusterd.vol add:
option rpc-auth-allow-insecure on

3.) Restart Glusterfs-Server

4.) Gluster volume needs to have:
gluster volume set VOLNAME server.allow-insecure on

5.) Stop and Start Gluster Volume:
gluster volume stop VOLNAME
gluster volume start VOLNAME

6.) Your smb.conf has to look like:
[Test]
        wide links = no
        writeable = yes
        path = /
        public = yes
        guest ok = yes
        create mode = 660
        directory mode = 770
        kernel share modes = No
        vfs objects = glusterfs
        glusterfs:volfile_server = localhost
        glusterfs:volume = test
        glusterfs:logfile = /var/log/glusterfs/glusterfs-test.log
        #glusterfs:loglevel = 10

7.) Restart Samba
