Wrangler - refactoring for Erlang

PPA description

Wrangler is a refactoring tool for Erlang. Its development up to the end of 2008 was supported by the FORSE project, an EPSRC-sponsored joint project with the University of Sheffield, to build tools to support the working Erlang programmer. It is now supported by the FP7 , based on our existing work in ProTest project.
