Building QTDeclarative in debugging config

PPA description

It seems like Ubuntu never builds this package in debug configuration. This means some assertions get tripped during normal operation. (it isn't even buildable without a patch!) As I'm developing some big patch, I have to make sure that I won't trip more of them. So, this is intended to isolate if the problem comes from my code or not.

Adding this PPA to your system

You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:peat-new/qtdeclarative-assert to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:peat-new/qtdeclarative-assert
sudo apt update
