Modified Notify OSD with close-on-click

Please don't use this PPA! I will not be making any further updates to this PPA. leolik, the author of the original modified Notify OSD, has updated his PPA to include the close-on-click and the bubble-prevent-fade features from here.

leolik's Modified Notify-OSD (https://launchpad.net/~leolik/+archive/leolik) for Ubuntu Natty.

Hacked to add two new settings (disabled by default):
* bubble-prevent-fade: Stops the bubble from fading out when the mouse pointer hovers over it
* bubble-close-on-click: Closes a notification when clicked on

Add
bubble-prevent-fade = 1
bubble-close-on-click = 1

to ~/.notify-osd to enable both.

Alternatives:
* Use Avant Window Navigator, as described here: http://www.webupd8.org/2011/02/get-notifications-with-close-button-in.html. Docks aren't for me, but to each their own...
* Use xfce4-notifyd. This also allows for the closing of notifications by clicking on them.
