PPA description
This PPA is intended for Ubuntu LTS versions (starting with 14.04) and contains alternate versions of packages that already exist in the official repositories, including:
Audacity: with enhanced noise-removal functionality and an alternate noise removal feature called "noise coring".
Vice: built using the SDL GUI, rather than GTK2, and is based on the latest development version.
Wine: this version of Wine is patched specifically to fix two bugs that affect the Finale 2012 and Finale Notepad 2012 notation software. It is possible these patches may have adverse affects on other applications. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Due to the special features enabled in these packages, the version numbers for the packages are inflated to avoid them being updated to newer, official versions by your package manager.
