PPA description

Attempt to build the latest current pcmanfm (0.9.3) for jaunty:

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/pcmanfm/PCManFM2%20%2B%20Libfm%20%28experimental%29/libfm%20%28required%20by%20PCManFM%29/libfm-0.1.9.tar.gz

and amazingly enough - the debs work in Jaunty ... (Only actual change in source is change of gtk_widget_get_state for GTK+ 2.18 to GTK_WIDGET_STATE used in older GTK+).. Tried these debs also in karmic (9.10), they seemed to work fine..
